AMC's Ability to Invoke the Settlement Agreement After the Settlement Is Final

I don't think there's any actual pressure on Vice Chancellor Zern because I think she has plenty of tools in her toolkit, but there's some like discomfiting kind of like situation where if she rejects this settlement, it does trigger a termination right between the parties as to the settlement agreement. There's some question about what that does in terms of AMC's actual ability to invoke this actual legislation after actual this actual August 1st in real life, in real time. Look, maybe you're going to say that's not this pending litigation anymore, because the litigation would be what obviated or something? That would be completely disingenuous.
