Meditation - Let Go, Let Go
meditation led by Tara Brock. Feel yourself comfortably either sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and become aware of your breathing. Consciously lengthen the breath so you're taking a long, slow in breath. Then slowly releasing the breath, letting go, letting go. Now allow your breath to resume in its natural rhythm.
