Jeff: One of the biggest policies I had early on was, you know, if we built it, everyone around the company is going to be excited because it's going to meet their needs and they're going to want to use it. But what they didn't account for is the stickiness of the thing they were comfortable using for years before,. Samea: And so taking into account the consistency of human behavior, the comfort people have around specific tools that they're using becomes really important.
