P p amisoria sas the scholarship idea is amazing. A ten thousand dollars, a lot of money, but it could change somebody's life. Smart start small, with a grad student working remotely a few hours a week, sorting out applications and sending you the more promising ones for careful scrutiny. This way, you're not at the mercy of an external organization with potential non constant credibility. It also sounds like an enormous amount of work. Certainly something i would not set a graduate student to doing.
