What Is Legacy Technology?

I like to use technology in a more kind of general conceptual way. So for example, just as an analogy, this computer is a technology, right? But I don't necessarily understand the knowledge underneath it and I'm using this computer do I understand how the semiconductors work in this or not necessarily. Right on. This is like I like to detach a little bit the knowledge system the technology because that also by the way allows us to also look at some very innovative things that happen in more global south context as technology. And so to bring it back, legacy technology, I look at it as a system that has had an extensive technology kind of trajectory such that the debates in that place
