The Uncertainty of Dark Matter

If dark matter does exist, we'll see its effect on lensing the background. This adds an element of uncertainty to any mass measurement. And this is in addition to the uncertainty that's caused by not knowing what the original images look like. But as long as the data isn't intrinsically biased, if you throw in enough low reliability data and average it all together, you get a high reliable right.
