In my view, the big shift that needs to happen and I hope will happen is a mindset shift where they have to own their great work. And there's a piece there which is kind of around giving yourself permission to look at the bigger picture. The supply chain leader by definition is looking end to end so from customer to supplier. So this continuous learning is very, very important to also have to you example these geopolitical tensions and what does it mean for our supply chains.
