I think a lot of people are able to access and consume horror in audio format more comfortably than they can in other mediums, if that makes sense. With podcasting, with audio drama, you can choose to engage on whatever level you wish. I know when we do Coding Darkness, we have an intro that states that there are some certain themes. It's a comedy show, but there are still themes that you might not want to engage with. And as a listener, you should have as much control as you need so that you enjoy what you're doing instead of feeling unnecessarily unsettled or upset.
