I was an underachiever, I didn't like compulsory figures. My mother sacrificed everything to keep me in skating and so it's sort of awakened. The greatest days of my amateur skating career were when I found out that this kid that had 50 times more talent than me, fell in love with pot. It was the greatest day of my life because I figured right then I go, got him. You know, he's way better than I'll ever be.
