The IRS's Short Term Plan Is Not Going to Change

The IRS has said it's not going to change any of their short term plans, which we don't even know completely what those are. So where will this take back of 20 billion trillion? There's too many zeros in these. The IRS is hard pressed to go out there and make concrete plans for this money because if the House and the Senate were to both go Republican with Republican president, they wanted it all taken back.
