Political Hierarchies and Decision Making Power Relationships

We're not interested in hierarchies of height or competence unless they have some relationship to inequality of decision making power. Like if having white skin gives you more rights than having black skin, then that becomes political. And again, we're looking at the four categories or axies of politics. So looking at hierarchies in political institutions, culture, economics and inter polity relations.
