The Role of Luxury in Vacation Rental Markets
In some ways a little bit conflicting, but interesting nonetheless. It was funny because it was kind of both directions where people were talking about how, especially at the luxury end of the market, people don't wanna be nickel and dime. And I have also seen a listing before that said, you have to bring your own sheets, which did strike me as kind of outrageous. Unless it's a key grab or something, that is just ridiculous.
