Don't Overthink Your Feedback Forms

If you're a manager, one of the thigs that's helped me with my team is to give them some feedback. I've almost just written it as like on a power point or in ina fe but and i've writen it quite bluntly. And actually, when it's been written down in front of me, i've just said, and it's been fine. The other person's gone, ok, maybe tey've asked for some evidence, or whatever they've asked for.
