When we were recording the pie cass i asked you, what is one of the top reasons people give as to why they want to pay off their house? And you said, cause they won't have a mortgage payment any more. It's the biggest expense in e in their minds. Now, for of people too, they they struggle with the idea of saving money elsewhere, and they forget that there's two sides to the coin, right? Like so if i have, say, this is an example that i walk through so many times, so many times when i was doing one on' one coaching with people. I'm just going to use a generic example. Their houses 400 thousand dollars
