Pernography and Depression Anxiety
i found that pernography would let me forget and feel something other than that sadness and hopelessness for just a second, and then that depression anxiety and lack of energy would swing back more intense. i was already battling that stuff, but i think the pernography adiction just made it tenfold,. kind of like weigh more than you, m than i was originally planning on battling. And so when i finally was able to open up to people about it, um, and kind of do research, unlike will, this is a big issue... It is something that needs to be discussed.
