How to Write a Progressively Enhanced Form
SpoutKit has SSR built in and we can use that on any number of platforms. With forms though, typically unless it's a comment field, you have a sense of nestedness. So typically that's best represented in JSON, not URL encoded. In fact, I don't think that we have a standard for how to URL encode that as a PS - which would be great if we did.
