Ted Lasso is a model of someone who has such a strong ego that he can let go of his ego. You have to have enough confidence in yourself to surround yourself by people more skilled and knowledgeable than you are. The third practice is don't be an expert. Just in the realm of human emotions and human relationships, again, whether at work or not at work, there's no expertise there.
