Are You a Startup or a Market Leader?

Google is a very big company in search. And therefore, you know, we are more like they start up than we are like a big guy in the market. We can't invest in everything the market leader can. Because we're not the market leader, we can experiment with new business models such as cashback. It's another way to be different in a way that could be good for partners and consumers.
