Se i i doesn't use coercion because we're just great voges and we're unbelievably ethical and moral. An agent has to want to work with you. Has to be invested. And then once i understand what that is, manipulating that in a way which serves you as government interest,. But in their mind, promotes their interest. Some of the hardest targets, like those i just named, will often test their case officers.
