Is There a Difference Between Sol Moding and Spirit Moding?

The only reason he was able to, like, saying anything to amaryllis about what happened is because he had done that sol surgery to himself. I don't think any amount of psychotherapy could have made Amaryllis not love june or whatever. With spirit you're leaving the stuff intact. You're just adjusting it severity, right? The pathways stay and stay there, but they'rer they're not overwhelming.
