How to Climb for Performance

For me, and you know really for my sons we all do daily undulating periodization where we hit each energy system once or twice per week. If you're going to go on a more of a more entry level or intermediate climber that's going to have a more periodized program I think a 10 week training cycle can be quite beneficial. And then again, I'm on a lead climber who is really concerned about performance and staying, keeping all the energy systems up to snuff.
