The UDRP that I recently got, they did claim what John's talking about here that I was hiding. And it was because when the domain transferred from uni to go daddy, go daddy automatically puts privacy. None of my names have privacy by default. I prefer to show the who is, right? Show my contact information. But that's a double edged sword with go daddy because I just got a letter in the mail for one of my names to my home address. That's at go daddy because they showed my who is info. My account info as my who is. So let's talk about that for a second.
As we say on DomainSherpa - all roads lead to domains. And in the reverse, domains has us venturing "down the rabbit hole" into different topics all the time. This is a tech-adjacent, digital asset, pop-culture, tangent-positive monthly podcast - with some domains stuff thrown into the mix for good measure.
In this episode, co-hosts JT and Jen Sale are joined by leading domain attorney John Berryhill along with Drew and Ammar to talk about some additional legal issues related to domains with a lot of discussion about Whois privacy, parking domains, stolen domains, some issues at Epik.com, and a whole lot more!
So, tune in and jump down the rabbit hole with the Rabbit Hole Gang!
