If convicted, she will face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. She was on the forbes list, the youngest female billionaire ever. The company had 13 million dollars in cash, but they were also burning two million dollars a week. Her defence is that this was just a start-up business and she didn't intend to mislead investors. They are trying to get her out of jail for six to seven weeks.
