The Supreme Court's Role in Florida's Recount Problem

The Florida Supreme Court gave some pretty clear direction based on the Florida Constitution that like they wanted the votes counted. And this is all state law, the mechanics of their elections. But here we have very strong opinions on whether or not a dimpled ballot versus a half hanging Chad ballot should be counted.
