i think it's so important to reflect on why you drank. I have never been a person who at once numb my pain. You can also create, you know, rituals or ways to distress that don't involve alcohol and actually will be more effective dealing with your stress than having a drink. It just makes me feel better when i, like, don't look at my phone. I take a walk the city like a crazy amount. O, say this on the show all the time. D o go to go to yoga. Or i got to get on the pelaton like that.
