It's unbelievable the length of time it takes. I don't know if this is just france or paris. In fact, i know that in the u k. these sorts of things take ages as well. It just seems everywhere takes ages for one piece of paper to be signed and to be put on someone's desk. That piece of paper needs to go er through that person's inn box, and then they sign it,. Then they send it to some one else, and that person finally flicks a switch. So it just takes bloody ages.
