If you had 50 minutes to do a seminar with a big group of CEOs, I guarantee you this is going to come up as is should be diagnosis. You want to look at the organization and say, here's where it is today. It goes back to Boyd's Unaloop. Have you observed that the context that the system is operating in and have you set up a system that works in that context well? Or is there something you need to do to get it to that point? The point is being intentional about learning, whether it's a formal university or not. But people are always learning.
