Goal 13 - How Do We Know When We've Achieved This Goal?

We'll know we've taken urgent action to combat climate change when have successfully begun to slow the warming of the planet. We were hoping that that target would be below one point five degrees celsius of warming. It seems like that's probably no longer feasible, unfortunately. So two grees might have to be the more feasible goal. But i think we will have to have profe that we can peek at two degrees celsius in order to have achieved this goal. Anything beyond that, we will have failed, and we will not have taken urgent action on climate change.
