The sheer number of applications that have been submitted to congress since the o during and since the obaba presidency, it's remarkable. And so when you marry fringe elements with a legitimate constitutional process, about which we know very little, what happens is you have the the recipe for a true constitutional crisis. There are theories being drafted on the right that we would ague next to little legal or constitutional basis. Yet they've been repeated time and time again, and people believe them to be true. The courts might not get involved.
