How to Index Gender Identity in Translation

There can also be like, depending on class hierarchies, you know, what things? I mean, in very, very hierarchical societies, you can get nuts with stuff. And how is someone's gender identity like marked in their speech? Also in translation, because they also have that problem too. How do you crosswalk between everything involved? Because they might not even mutually overlap with one another.
