I think our understanding of the human brain and the power we can actually exert over ourselves is just like we're just starting to understand where that's at, you know? Yes, we are. No, and it's profound. I mean, a lot of these practices have been tested with neuroscientific methods, shifts, deactivates the amygdala, threat region of your brain, activates reward circuitry in the brain. So those data tell us that this isn't just, you know, new AG, whatever you call it, but this is old contemplative practices that really matter. And I think we're only going to see what happens in the next decade.
