The Power Dilemma in Baseball in Uganda

Players are always going to be at a disadvantage in terms of the power dynamic between the player in the team. I can't think of a wider chasm that could exist then between a team with the reach and resources of the Dodgers operating in a country that doesn't have baseball infrastructure. When that kind of a power differential exists like it just lends itself to abuse. It's not like the Dodgers have a sterling track record here.
