Is There a Fake Brank Exploit on GitHub?

Researchers at Leiden University now took a more systematic look at exploits published on GitHub. They looked at about 73,000 exploits or scripts being published by 47,000 repository and that covered the last five years. About 10% of the exploits that they investigated were malicious. So not just fake, they actually excluded some of the Brank exploits. And remember whenever we do have a critical vulnerability I often warn of fake exploits being published.
