Like in Jiu Jitsu, I think the technique is like grammar and vocabulary. And then sparring is like conversation because in a language it's the same idea when you talk to another person. It's kind of free and open, right? You don't always know what will the other person say. So you have to be very flexible, it's open, it's free, it's the real thing. The real world conversation. That's what we're really trying to do."
