If cash was invented today, they'd ban it or put massive controls on it. But at the same time, as I understand, these organizations are often mandated to do... Some kind of money laundering risk assessment. And all the while, they've got this, like a sword of Damocles hanging over their head, if they don't do enough, their license is gone. It's almost that because cash has been around for so long and that was the default way for many people, that they kind of have to allow it in certain ways.
