Five countries thrashed out a deal, which was then presented to everyone else to sign. Bysically, it created a sense of general distrust and people felt like some voices were trying to be nuted. Lead negotiatoraniswella so amazed by what took place that she hurt herself banging on the table. There's no video of this, but the image is vivid. The big countries were ignoring the mantra, nothing is agreed unless everyone is agreed. When you come from a developing country, you have to take it seriously because it's a huge responsibility on your shoulders.
