The Importance of Lower Repetition Ranges in Bodybuilding

The five the five repetition range came to exist because essentially, historically a lot of classifications of load have tended to say that one to five is heavy. And then 15 is moderate 16 to maybe 30 is light and then obviously above that is very light. As I've kind of gradually sort of trained mostly in the five to seven rep range in accordance with what I was as I've dropped lower in the rep range it's been actually far less uncomfortable for me.
