What Is Danger Level Zero?

On a scale of one to ten how devastating could this be? Is this going to completely demolish your business if it goes south or is this going to be a bit of annoyance. Then you have the probability What's the likelihood that this is actually going to happen? And when you can calculate all three of those on a one to ten what's the magnitude of possible harm? And a one to 10 what's the immediacy? You can understand the level of danger you're facing and obviously if any of these are zero It nullifies the whole thing.
