What Is Growth?
Gillian says she doesn't really know what growth is. But it means higher incomes for people, more jobs and money spent on public services. Gillian: We're never that sure exactly how big the economy is at any given time. The Office for National Statistics uses a lot of surveys to build an overall picture.
