One great equalizer, or one little trick that i did, and this was the benefit of travelling around and working in a global company, i tried to meet as many of my colleagues as possible. It's not anapi on the other side just rhobotically responding to your messages or cranking out work. And so i think there's always that place for in person if companies have a large number of people who have not met one another.
