The Importance of Understanding Things That Have Always Been Baffling
I love that you started out by talking about how people always call you a female comedian. Which is insane, isn't it, when you think about it? It's so weird because it's a job that where gender should be completely irrelevant. So I can see what gender stereotypes would sometimes be relevant but it doesn't seem like it would be with comedy. But of course this is myth, not science. You can't compare the genders in any quantifiable way, you just can't. We can't understand the world from anyone's perspective but our own.
