The Pre-Ovulatory Infertile Day Calculation

Participants were instructed to consider day six forward in the pre-ovulatory phase to be fertile until they had charted a minimum of 12 menstrual cycles. After that time, there is a calculation that they would use to determine their last infertile day based on their earliest ovulation. In other words, for the pre-OVulatory phase, they are using a double check method. They're not just using cervical fluid as the only option.
