Any ISV that wants to crack into China, they really need to think about a way to work with the local partners in particular Alibaba and Tencent. If you run software in the cloud, the customer's buying motion has changed. Customers now buy upfront infrastructure and commitments with the cloud provider. It's not like an option to work with partners anymore, which it could have been maybe the early part of the 2000 period.
