The hunt for alpha can be destructive if it runs amok. The primary objective, if Harlan sat here today, the primary objective we're solving for is culture. Culture is in violet and that goes back to at crow holdings, our culture. If we do that well, then the other elements of our business, our customers being happy with our work, the financial results that follow will come true.
