Introduction

Tommy Thompson is director of the Alexander technique training school in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He's co-founder of both the Frank Pierce Jones archives and the F. Matthias Alexander archives originally held at Tufts University. His 49 years of teaching experience in theatre and the Alexander technique includes appointments at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Tufts and Harvard Universities. Over 400 Alexander workshops and seminars in 14 countries worldwide.
