Building Your Bench Is So Important for Young Adults and Entrepreneurs
Building a bench means that you've got secession planning in place and future talent coming through. College students can build skills and you can invest in them because it's kind of a win-win for both parties. Parents are very willing often to make an introduction i am all for introductions however please make sure that your child is ready to have that conversation. Try to encourage them to get the practice of talking about themselves and talking to other people as that's how people get hired.
