I think I ended up going back into the mental ward because that was quite horrific and I wasn't set up for success. After I got out I moved back in with my parents and in the mental ward it was really good because I finally got on medication that was suitable. It was the first time I'd been stable in quite a while and I didn't know what stability felt like.
