I remember talking about his win at Live Hong Kong. I missed his fourth place finish at the International Series Macau. I was not up on that. But yeah, some results. Some

Also, the housekeeping front, I want to give a shout out to our guy, Connor Belcastro, who has been on our podcast before. He's been doing some writing for our website in the past. If you're not familiar, he's a former college golfer. He's now trying to, uh, trying to make his way in the pro game. Uh, and he's writing a newsletter, like a sub stack newsletter called into the weeds. And I just think it's like really exceptional stuff. This week's episode particularly was great. He had a very, very tough tournament, shot 85, and just wrote all about what he did after, why he think it went that bad, and then just gets really deep into like – he goes to Michael – I don't want to spoil the whole thing, but he goes to Michael Thompson's garage. Michael Thompson, he lives down in Sea Island, and so he goes down to Michael Thompson's garage who apparently has become this like big, big, big time mechanic, restoring all these kinds of cars. He gets deep into this contrast therapy. Are you familiar with contrast therapy? No. Where you sit in like a 225 degree sauna for like 10 minutes and then you have to sit in a, I think it's like a 30 or 35 degree cold plunge for four minutes. And it's basically so high contrast that your nervous system thinks it's shutting down uh so it releases like dmt into your system connor writes about all of this and how it relates to golf it's fucking awesome uh so i would recommend uh people checking out his newsletter into the weeds on substack i always always enjoy reading it and think he's doing in a world where where people are doing a lot of, a lot of same, there's a lot of sameness out there. You know, Connor's doing something totally different and I applaud him greatly. So that's well said. I like that.
