The Eucharist Signifies the Body of Christ and the Church
Saint thomas says that the church is on rothe glasse ordinaria is kans. The church is constituted by many faithful as bread is composed from many grains, and wine flows from many grapes. So when we receive the eucharist, it's a public profession of our union with christ and our union with the church. And so if you are not in full communion with the catholic churc i would of course invite you to enter or return to full communion. In the meantime, i would advise you not to receive communion at a catholic mass until that point since doing so would be, in saint thomas's words, lying to the sacrament.
