The Importance of Spiritual Leadership

The point of the position is not for them to become more spiritual. It's for them to be portraying God to the people. They're supposed to be like an empty vessel in that regard. The ideas that you are there to, to serve, uh, to be a bridge. Yes. And it's not about your spiritual benefit. It's not about the way that people like hold you up or see you or you grow in their eyes. Does that make sense?
